RETURN POLICY

Due to the sensitive nature of beverages, all Urban Alchemy Coffee Co. orders are final sale once shipped. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. In addition, due to the high demand of items on drop nights, limited quantities of one-of-a-kind items, and how quickly inventory goes, in order to make it fair for all of our customers, items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be canceled once order is placed.

Items that are not “Final Sale” can be returned/exchanged before the order has shipped.  Once shipped, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on any items in the order.  If the order has already processed to ship but has not gone out, the order is subject to returns/exchanges but a 15% restocking fee will be applied.  This restocking fee will be 15% of your order’s subtotal (subtotal does not include tax or shipping).

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Our team takes the packaging process here at Urban Alchemy Coffee Co. very seriously.  From the minute the cans arrive at our warehouse to the minute your order is packaged up with a label, it is met with love and care by all the hands that have touched it.

However, we are all only human and we know mistakes happen. In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we are committed to making it right.  Please reach out to hello@urbanalchemycoffee.com with your name, order number, pictures (required for damages), and a brief description of what needs to be resolved and we will get back to you in a timely manner with a resolution. 

Damaged cans can be replaced/exchanged within 30 days of your order's delivery date. Please reach out to hello@urbanalchemycoffee.com with your name, order number, pictures (required for damages), and a brief description of what needs to be resolved and we will get back to you in a timely manner with a resolution. 

GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Gifted items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the same reasons stated above.  However, if you have any questions about your gifted crystals and want to learn more, please don’t hesitate to reach out.  We’re here to help! 

URBAN ALCHEMY COFFEE CO. GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A URBAN ALCHEMY COFFEE CO. GIFT CARD

Our standard return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with a Urban Alchemy Coffee Co. Gift Card as well.  If a non-final sale item is canceled before it is processed to ship, the funds will go back on a Urban Alchemy Coffee Co. Gift Card.

If you used a credit card in addition to a Urban Alchemy Coffee Co. Gift Card to pay for your order, we will credit your card for the amount originally charged and place the remaining balance on a Gift Card.  Funds are usually received back your card within 1-5 business days from when a team member confirms the return has been processed.
